neopolitan cake


Elizabeth wanted to practice her mad icing skills and create a cake for the case, the Neapolitan, a twist on her cupcake creation of the same name.

This yummy delicious cake has a layer of chocolate cake, a layer of vanilla cake, and a layer of strawberry cake iced with first strawberry icing, then vanilla icing, then chocolate icing.

It's amazing and in the case now!
$4.25 per monster slice.

It is ABSURD how excited I got when I found your blog! I'm a Memphis native and while I've been in Chicago for 4 years now, but every time I go home I find Memphis' restaurant scene much improved and it makes me happy. I haven't tried half the restaurants on your list and you better believe I'll be in for some cake when I'm back for a wedding shower in April. Thanks for adding something so cute to the city scene- I LOVE what you've done to the place!
